These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Trowbridge is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) serving patients in Trowbridge and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight loss treatments and prescription medicines via our online consultation service.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone we consider unsuitable on clinical grounds.
Our services are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with certain medical conditions, or those currently taking medications that may interact with prescribed treatments. Full eligibility criteria are assessed during your consultation.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our qualified prescribers. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our prescribers exercise independent clinical judgement in every case.
You must provide accurate and complete information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information is a serious matter and may affect your safety. We accept no liability for harm arising from inaccurate information you have provided.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use within our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated. We are unable to forward prescriptions to third-party pharmacies.
Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Your payment is taken when you submit your order. If your consultation is unsuccessful and no prescription is issued, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
Once your consultation has been approved and a prescription issued by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe, secure arrangement is in place.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist. To cancel, please contact us immediately at our listed email or telephone number. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to offer a cancellation or refund due to the nature of prescription medicines.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
